Grand Cru Manjari:  dark chocolate ganache made exclusively with rare beans from Madagascar. 
Etoile:  an infusion of star anis in a dark chocolate ganache with Sambucca. 
Praline Aux Epices: a traditional roasted almond praline with caramelized almond crunch and gingerbread spices.
Noix: a lightly whipped milk chocolate ganache with chopped walnuts.
Pistache: Ceylon cinnamon and pistachio in a  white chocolate ganache.
