Thank you for your interest in ordering. Please read the following ordering information:
Products Available for Order: Only those products which have an associated “Add to Cart” button are currently available for order. We attempt to have all products described on our website available all of the time, but we are a small artisan crafter of chocolates and confections. In order to guarantee absolute freshness, we make our products in very small batches and sell our products almost as soon as they are made. Occasionally, we are temporarily out of certain products. We apologize. If you are interested in a product that does not have an associated “Add to Cart” button, you may email us at info@winandchocolates.com, and we will provide you with status/availability information.
Local Customers (local to Woodstock, VT) have the option of order pick-up. Orders can be picked up at our location in Woodstock Village for no shipping and handling charges. Email us at orders@winandchocolates.com with the following information: · Name—first and last · Contact phone number · Email address · Product(s) desired and quantity(ies) · Preferred pickup date and approximate time We will provide you with a confirmation email including directions, total price, and payment information.
PayPal Orders: You may also order our products directly from our website. From the Product List or from the associated “More Details” page associated with any product., you may click on the “Add to Cart” button to add that product to your shopping cart. Add any combination of products to your shopping cart and update quantities as desired.
The secure shopping cart service is provided through PayPal. When you are ready to purchase, you will have the option of paying through PayPal or by using your credit card (both methods are secure). You will enter your credit card information and your billing address. When you finalize your order, you have the option of providing a different shipping address. You also have the option of adding additional notes to William Winand Chocolatier regarding your order—e.g. requested delivery date or gift message. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail and shipping & handling rates are based upon USPS Priority Mail rates for USPS zones. Rates are calculated automatically based upon product order amount and USPS zone for shipping address.
Upon order completion you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal followed within 24 hours by a confirmation email by William Winand Chocolatier. In our confirmation email, we may ask you to provide additional information such as: (1) requested delivery date if not asap (we always encourage orders to be made asap with requested delivery date to be as close to time of event/enjoyment as possible, but this is not an option in PayPal) (2) gift message, if applicable.
