Order Information
To order, please use the "online store" link to the left. Once the order from your shopping cart is
submitted, it is processed through the secure PayPal gateway.
For local customers: under shipping method, you may choose to pickup your order at our location - 11711 Shurtleff Lane, Woodstock, Vermont. In the View Cart choose "Local Pickup 1" for your Shipping Destination. There is no shipping or handling charge for this option. Upon receipt of your order, we will send an email confirming your order and asking you to supply a preferred pick-up date and time range. We will then provide you directions and pick-up details.
For other customers: orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Under shipping, please choose your shipping destination. Correct fees will be applied based upon your destination.
Choose your date: for all customers, we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible - it helps ensure that you will receive the product you want. However, to ensure freshness and quality, we also encourage you to have us ship your product as close to the date of consumption/enjoyment as possible. There are two ways to do this:
(1) Upon finalizing your payment information through PayPal, you will be presented with the capability to add a short note - you may include your desired receipt date in this note
(2) Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirming email asking you to provide a desired delivery date. In the absense of a requested delivery date, we will send your order as soon as possible.
Gift Message: we can include a gift message with your order. As in "Choose your date" above you may provide this information in the "note" field as you are processing your payment through PayPal or you may provide this information as a response to our confirming email.
